Important Information.
As a non-profit social organization we are required under NC and Federal regulations to abide by a membership review process. All applications will be presented to the RIYC Board of Directors for a vote. These same regulations prohibit the board to deny an application based on things such as race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion or creed.
Individual membership entitles you to one vote and a Family membership entitles up to two votes of persons 18 years or older under that household. By this rule it also allows two adults to hold the same number of board seats should you choose to run for election.
**As required by state a federal regulations the club must maintain an accessible membership directory in order to facilitate “personal contact, commingling and face-to-face fellowship” with each other.
