The Roanoke Island Holiday Flotilla is a one hour-long lighted boat parade along Manteo’s Waterfront that will take place on Saturday, December 13th from 6:00-7:00pm. Parade line up will begin at 6:00pm in Shallowbag Bay and will follow a counter clockwise loop between Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse and the Festival Park Bridge. The parade will continue until 7:00 pm and the winners will be announced inside the waterfront gazebo 15 minutes following the flotilla.

Bundle up and round up your crew for a festive nautical waterfront show! Gather under the lighted gazebo, the bridge or dock t heads for the best views!
